At Governor's Pointe, water & sewage are included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our picnic area with BBQ, beautiful landscaping, and on-site management, making Governor's Pointe the perfect place to call home.
How does the security deposit work?
At Governor's Pointe, $50 is due at application to hold the apartment which is then applied to the security deposit balance at move-in. The remaining security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
What is the application fee?
At Governor's Pointe, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
What utilities are residents responsible for?
At Governor's Pointe, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.

Do you offer income-based housing?

Residents of Governor's Pointe can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashier’s Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Governor's Pointe, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
How do I report a maintenance issue?
Residents of Governor's Pointe can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal
