At Governor's Pointe, water & sewage are included with rent. Residents will also have access to our amazing amenities like our picnic area with BBQ, beautiful landscaping, and on-site management, making Governor's Pointe the perfect place to call home.
At Governor's Pointe, $50 is due at application to hold the apartment which is then applied to the security deposit balance at move-in. The remaining security deposit is due at move-in and is refundable upon move-out.
At Governor's Pointe, the application fee is $35 per applicant and is non-refundable.
At Governor's Pointe, residents are responsible for electric, internet, and phone/cable.
Governor's Pointe does not accept pets at this time. page.

Residents of Governor's Pointe can pay their monthly rental charges online through Rent Cafe (e-check, debit/credit card), Personal Check, Cashiers Check, Bill Pay, or Money Order.
At Governor's Pointe, all parking spots are open to residents and their guests.
Residents of Governor's Pointe can report maintenance issues easily by using the online Resident Services Portal , calling the office, or emailing the office. For after-hours emergency maintenance, please call 757-287-7528 .
